Jason M. Smith
Jason Smith has been in the pool industry since the age of 15. Initially working as a lifeguard at a local area water park, and then with a now competing pool management company. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2001 with a business degree and parlayed his past experience, along with the passion and dedication to become a small business owner into the formation of Premier Pool Service, Inc. Premier Pool Service, Inc. started operations in the fall of 2002 and has steadily grown through the years. Honesty and integrity are two core principles Jason practices daily in his personal life and he makes sure that he and all his employees continue that practice to each and every customer of Premier’s.
His main objective is to ensure that all of his employees maintain exceptionally high standards in all facets of our industry to allow for future growth. He oversees the daily operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and is always looking at ways to expand his company’s brand. Just recently, with the help of Austin Blevins, Premier Pool Construction, LLC and Premier Pool Supply, LLC become the newest members of the Premier family brand.
Austin K. Blevins
Austin joined Premier Pool Service, Inc. in December 2009. He was brought on board to handle daily management duties including supervising the life guard and pool technician schedules, contract negotiations, renewals and billing, and responding to client needs and requests. In addition to overseeing the responsibilities of the company, Austin’s job is to find new business opportunities. Since joining the Premier Pool team, Austin has secured 10 new contracts. Prior to Premier Pool Service, Austin worked as a sales representative for Cbeyond Communications, selling telecommunication packages to small to medium-sized businesses. Before that, Austin worked for Old Mill Reality as a real estate agent.
Austin brings both enthusiasm and dedication to Premier Pool Service, Inc. and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service for his clients. Premier Pools is expanding its list of services, including opening Premier Pool Supply, Inc. in January 2010, in which Austin plans to become co-owner.
Field Operations Manager
David Kidd started with Premier Pool Service, Inc. in 2004. He is Jason’s
cousin and was Premier’s very first full-time hire and has been here
from the ground level. His dedication and loyalty are unmatched.There
are many faces of a pool that require a broad spectrum of talents and
through countless hours of training and hands on experience, he can say
that he’s learned to know each facet of this industry as well as he
knows myself. David tends to focus on the more challenging renovations
jobs and most of the extensive repairs. David, as well as all of the
family at Premier Pool Service, Inc., strives for excellence in every
area. He’s CPO, waste water, and lifeguard certified and there’s no job
that will be considered done when adequate is the word that best
describes the final product. At Premier a contract has been fulfilled
when the customer raves about all aspects of their experience with us.
David has a wonderful wife and three beautiful daughters and while he may work to provide for them, he’ll say he works for Premier Pool Service, Inc. because he loves it! This simple notion shines in all that we at Premier do for our customers. It is our customer service and the personal relationships with our customers that set Premier Pool Service, Inc. apart from all the other companies. Which is a major point of pride for myself and is my most favorite job responsibility, serve our customers as if they were family.
